17 JULY 2019, Newcastle: 4Tel is now certified compliant for the Quality Management System (QMS) ISO9001:2015. The QMS is a business continuity plan that is looked upon by Governments and industry as insurance that if anything went wrong, the business has a plan to continue to operate and it has been independently verified by an external auditor.
ISO9001:2015 is an internationally recognised standard which demonstrates that an organisation can provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, enhance customer satisfaction, address contextual risks and opportunities, and conform to QMS requirements.
The QMS includes policy and procedural documents, manuals, data management, internal processes, customer satisfaction, improvement opportunities and quality analysis. A plan-do-check-act methodology was utilised to document and review the structures, responsibilities and procedures needed to achieve the ISO9001:2015 standards.
This certification is a great follow on from our recent accreditation as an Authorised Engineering Organisation by the New South Wales Government and demonstrates 4Tel’s commitment to continual improvement.
